Salon Privé, now in its 13th consecutive year, is one of the longest-running and most established automotive events in the UK. The palace, one of England’s largest houses, was built between 1705 and 1722, and is designated as a UNESCO World heritage site.

The prestigious Chubb Insurance Concours d’Elégance, is the main event of the Salon Prive. It is the oldest and most exclusive classic car competition in Brittain. It is globally recognised as one of the key events on the international Concours circuit, it attract some of the rarest and most exquisite cars ever produced. The Concours Masters is the 3rd day of Salon Prive and dedicated to a specific brand of cars. This year the day was dedicated for celebration of the 70 years of Porsche. Concours Master is competition, but more relaxed and subjective than a Chubb Concours d’Elégance.

The day was beautiful and our bright yellow car collected a lot of attention among the impressive row of other super rare Porsches. One of the judges in the event was the racing driver legend Derek Bell who presented some real interest on our car as you see in the pictures. We won the award for the best lightweight Porsche. The prestigious Owners Choice was won by a fabulous1988 model 944 Turbo Cup racecar owned by our good friends Stephen and Daniel Gannon from Car-Iconics.
