This 1973 911 S has its matching numbers engine, correct 1973 model 5 speed gearbox and very original specification confirmed by Porsche Certificate of Authentity. The new 2.4 liter fuel injection engine (MFI) was introduced in 911 for the model year 1972 in and gave a power increase from 180 bhp to 190 bhp. The 1973 car came also with 85 liter tank and with a spacesaver wheel and compressor. The decals and grilles of the 1973 cars were black. In total there were 1430 911 S Coupe cars build for the model year 1973.
