This car is a fully restored and very original 1965 model Porsche 911. The car has been living all its life in US until 2014 when it was recovered as a fully complete car after standing on its place for decades.

It was renovated to the highest standards by Turmgarage Gmbh in Kleve in Germany in 2015-2017 in co-operation with Carrera Classic. The well picture documented, over 2000 hour, restoration work was done very much respecting the originality of the car and the special features of these early cars. This car is spring 1965 production with chassi number 3012xx. The car still retains its original matching numbers engine with original Solex carburators and it has correct 901/0 yype 5-speed gearbox. As one example of the many details: Even the original Webasto heater is now in fully working condition. Classic Data report on the condition of the car with overall top evaluation of 1. The Porsche 911 was developed as a more powerful, larger, more comfortable replacement for the Porsche 356. The new car made its public debut in1963 at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The actual production run started in with the 1965 model which was build in 1964/1965.

The new 911 had a new 6 cylinder 2,0 liter boxer engine (901/01) with Solex carburators producing 130hp. The typical features of 1965 0-Programme 911´s were wooden dashboard, 5 green numbered instruments, 911 label on the dashboard and in the engine lid, 4,5 *15 steel wheels, 4 screw horn grills, small Durant mirror, Blaupunkt radio and Hella 128 fog lamps.
